SC is working on it, however realize that it's sort of tough simply because absolute proof is difficult to come by.
Maybe add a permission to see installed apps? If a known ♥♥♥♥♥ tool is installed then server deny the login. If the permission is not satisfied, server deny login. If coc is tampered in any way deny login from server side. Make coc secretly check things internally and report it to server to get permission to login. If the checking is tampered, no permission to login.
I saw some post in other forum, the auther wrote: i simulate about 2 hours then go for war, 3 STAR!!!
I also saw some people recorded replay of war, with all all the traps and bombs show once he press replay.
If this still cannot become evidence of using "other tools", i have nothing to say anymore.
