Out of the last50 wars we lost only 8 wars (Barely most of the time), Donations are always being filled, and the Clan is still going strong.

Let me break it down for yall.
1. We win wars. We like winning and we will keep winning. Even if we lose its not by more than a few stars. We often 3 star all but 2 or 3 bases and had strive to have perfect wars.
2. We know how to play the game. We dont loot or attack selfishly (I shoulnt even need to mention this but there are some clans out there...). We know the game statistics and know how to maximize progress based on these facts. We have home grown many players into battle hardened, productive members of the team. We are working on becoming a 3 star specialist clan and its is really pulling us ahead of the rest. Most wars 90% or more of the opposing bases are 3 star'd. We utilize "Clash Caller" for War and "Line" for an extra source of communication. We know how to stay motivated. Even if we are losing we still have goals to achieve and many times we come back with a vengeance. We want a lvl 10 clan and thats what we are going to get. Losing is not the end of the world and you wont find any bad attitudes here.
3. We have good communication. Alot of action happens in the end of each war, everyone gets on a coordinates their last attacks for the win. We often have wars where we get 6-8 stars in the last seconds of war and pull ahead
4. We donate freely and correctly. We have a team of selfless members who are more than happy to make you whatever troops you want, dont worry about getting anything else, we make sure donations are as accurate as possible. We encourage practicing 3 star techniques outside war so let us know and we will make you golems or lavas.
5. We are all active. We have members from all over the US States and the world so there are usually people on chat 24/7.
6. We are drama free. We welcome all types and walks of life with no discriminatory verbage towards our clanmates. We dont want you if you are going to bring any ♥♥♥♥. If you have a bad or bigot attitude I will kick you. If something someone says bothers you speak up and if they continue, let me know plz.
7. We love to have fun. We are good natured and sometimes vulger, so dont get offended if you see us have a go at each other from time to time. We are all still friends in the end.
8. We are all adults with a few younger players but all mature and sensible... for the most part hahah.
9. We vet all our new guys to make sure they are up to standard. If there is something we think you need to work on or can do better we will let you know, but dont feel bad we've been doing this awhile we all make our fair share of mistakes.
10. Lastly Ive been to many clans in my travels(always with this one in spirit of course) I learned alot of things, but the most important was nothing is more crucial to a clan than the loyalty of its members and the team spirit your clan has. You see all the time clans recruiting "loyal members". I ask "How can you be blindly loyal to a clan you just joined?" We know we can win your loyalty, we know its earned and not given freely. All we ask of you is is be a team player and do your part.
Clan Rules:
* Basic Rules:
1. Donate 1000 troops per season(Roughly 1 month) you can request thousands of troops as long as you can meet the quota
2. Donate only what is requested if you dont have it dont donate. Dont worry you will easily meet the quota, for farming none of us care what lvl troops you give.
3. Debate and discussion, cursing, politically incorrect statements and jokes are completly fine, but absolutly no rasist, bigoted, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ remarks about anyone anywhere. I love to joke around and say improper things but please do not post anything like that in chat.
4. Be respectful to each other and have a giving attitude. Understand that spoken inflections and sarcasm are not easily transfered thru chat and can easily be misconscrewed. We go out of our way for eachother, make sure you are ready to be part of a real team oriented clan.
5. Co and Elder positions are given to members who pick up a job in the clan(Admin Co/Elders, War Co/Elders, Recruiting Co/Elders) They will be taken away if you no longer participate in that job field.
6. Plz do not upgrade your th without first talking to leadership. We recently had a large flux of th8s go to th9. we are highly and I mean highly encouraging th8.5 for a little while till you can get your war troops up to par. We understand this is a sacrifice for you farm wise and its very appreciated. But we cant have a catch of fresh th9s who cant hit at their lvl.
7. Keep a league badge at all times
8. Communicate with us in chat. If I dont see any dialog from you, you will get sat out of war as a precaution
* War Rules:
1. Use both attacks(duh)
2. War cc requests are to be followed except in extreme circumstances
3. For war Each member will donate to the member below them. Exceptions exist
4. We use only 3 star tactics for th8 and th9(our th10s are learning how elsewhere) failures are gonna happen sometimes lets be real.
5. We utilize clashcaller to call bases and orchastrate war attacks
6. Th8s must attack within the first 16 hrs at the latest 18 hrs into the war. This way we can properly cleanup with th9s if needed(honestly a rare occurence) When th8s run out of bases they use some attacks for scouting if needed, otherwise they can go for loot or practice 3 star attacks in a case by case basis.
7. With the above exception No looting, no star farming, no selfish attacks at all. War is not our source of income. War is to crush enemies and give us sweet clan perks
8. We have a loose war plan based on individual skill lvls and how the war is progressing. Pay attention to chat keep it clear of unneccessary dialog while we are discussing strategy. This is especially important the last hr of war.
9. We are a fair play clan, that is all
10. You may opt out of wars for reasons personal and hero related, but we are a war clan and our high tempo and donations are for the good of the clan. We want to keep our resources focused on players who war with us often. We dont encourage players who leech. Try to war with us at least a 2-3 times per season and you will do fine.
11. The first time you try a new tactic should not be in war, practice outside war extensivly first.
12. If your hero is down you will not war unless you are used as a filler.
Some important things I consider are when recruiting are: war dependability, selflessness, team orientated, .5 bases(8.5/9.5) (I highly encourage it for the 1st month or so into a new TH), 3 star specialists (goho, shattered and cold blooded golaloon, gowiva, goholoon, queen walk, and other 3 star killsquad strats)
