X Mod ♥♥♥♥♥ers

Recently in our past 10 wars we have faced 3 clans ♥♥♥♥♥ing using X Mod. This is becoming more and more prevalent as we are becoming a higher more successful clan. I know that SuperCell is looking into this and working on correcting this, but if something is not done soon, what is the point in attacking in a war when it is completely unfair.

I am curious how many other clans have also experienced this issue. We are currently in a war where they have scored a perfect 60, most of their top 4 had a hero down and scored 3 stars. Their #20 and #19 (name The Vision III and The Vision IV) attacked our 1 - 4 base without triggering any clan castle troops or traps. Obviously to allow the x mod software to capture the base images. Then they attacking each base using GoHo and LavaLoon / hybrid with perfectly placed spells, perfect troop placement, etc. It is fairly easy to tell when someone is ♥♥♥♥♥ing with x mod by watching the attacks.

And the names of #20 and #19, wow. Lets be obvious. My clan is getting very frustrated and a lot of people are thinking about leaving COC or not participating in Clan wars since we are being ♥♥♥♥♥ed. I am sure if more people take this approach, SuperCell with have to take appropriate action and punish these ♥♥♥♥♥ers / suspend their accounts and disband their clans. That would be a very strong negative incentive to ♥♥♥♥♥!!

Its true, you have a better chance of getting banned because you're mad about this then they are for ch34ting.

When I brought this to SuperCell's attention, I was told that they are investigating every report of chaters and are taking disciplinary actions. I reported the clan tag and the individuals that used x mod. I was asked to take a video of the PROBLEM! I have reported problems in the past and it is a total pain to try to capture video of an attack on a separate device, then upload to YouTube and then send the link to Supercell. I guess we are now the policemen for Supercell. I mean really, these are their servers that the attacks, clan wars, results, etc are stored on. Why do they not have access TO THEIR OWN INFORMATION! I was not going to take videos of 8 separate attacks, upload post threads to catch guys that are breaking SuperCell's policies and rules. I did my Clan duty of reporting it. Do they want me to kick them out of Clash as well. LOL

It is very frustrating the SuperCell says it is taking action and then does not. I did report on how the Lightning spell was useless, and to their credit they did make changes and make it much more reliable!! Now, the Earthquake spell is also no good after you upgrade it above level 1. I got 4 different responses saying how it does damage, percentages of damage, etc. Maybe they are looking at fixing it as well. I hope so, since upgrading it does no good since the damage it does, doesn't match their descriptions.

Well, you guys are probably right. I will probably be kicked / suspended, but it is sad that people are allowed to use software to break the rules, we report it and nothing is being done!

It is pointless.

We have been modded several times. Each time we have reported the clan and screen shot of various low level TH, doing the usual 1 barb drops. Etc

Unfortunately SC just say they are looking into combatting these issues. However it is just a generic response and if you book mark the clans and players within that clan, they continue to go about their missing business as normal. No clans or players get banned despite all the evidence being reported.

All I can say is long live the FairPlay war clans. SC you do really need to look into these issues and patch some fixes.
