Why has top contributed for truck event been banned ?

Once I let my cat play my farm by accident. He put his foot on the iPad and speeded up a sheep for 5 diamonds. Like your godson, he is now forbidden to play anymore!

I once showed the Prof Em the fishing area. He jabbed his finger at the seagull (perhaps wanting to see if it flew away?) and sped up the fishing spot for 5 diamonds. He is also forbidden to touch anything Hay Day again.

Our support was not able to find the player based on the name and level only Could someone who knows this player ask for the player ID (found from the settings > credits) and then PM me the ID. Otherwise it will be impossible to find this one player (the NH name is not too easy to type in..).

+1. It's disheartening to see the same old band of negative nellies piling on before SC has even had a chance to look into the details. It's nice of Nick to get personally involved.

I give the OP the benefit of the doubt meanwhile. It's obvious she poured her heart and soul into preparing for the event and if she is innocent then she has to be completely devastated.

Oh, by no means am I saying for 100% certainty that she c-heated. But given that she had over 18,000 trucks and it's not possible to get over 17,280 without some sort of exploit or literal 100% perfection on the truck speed up glitch for 4 days non-stop.

Given that premise, it seems very certain that some exploit or third party software was used to accomplish this high number of trucks. Given that the ban halted progress, she probably would've reached 20,000 trucks, which is guaranteed impossible.

Innocent till proven guilty, but that seems like pretty good proof to me, hate to say it. And I'd rather see innocent people get mixed in with actual deserving bans as opposed to guilty people running free because Supercell doesn't want to offend them.
