Hello,
I can't decide what to upgrade in my labratory next. should I upgrade the balloons to lvl 4 or the wizards to lvl 4. I almost never use wizards because of the long train time and rarely train balloons unless I am using dragons and minions. Any advice would be welcome.
If you really don't use either, then it shouldn't matter much.
Free Advice: Don't upgrade your TH until everything else is maxed out - research, walls, buildings, everything.

If you dont relly use any of them, why bother upgrading them? Upgrade something else you and then upgrade them at last since you might want to use them in the future

Clan members generally accept wizards more than balloons. High level wizards rock in the CC. Do it.

good choice. If you're not a frequent user of both troops, then consider upgrading them for the future. Theyre mostly used by players in the higher leagues, especially the top players. Wizards is a pure offensive troop that has the higest DPS among all troops. What I love about balloons is that lvl 4 and level 5 balloons has almost twice the gap difference in DPS, yet its more of a defensive unit.
Go with wizards. As other have stated, wizards are great for donations and for the possible future use.
