Question Can neighbourhood leader decide who does Derby?

I'm sorry if this has already been posted. I was just wondering if the leader has the final say on who competes in the Derby? Thanks.

    Oust them

Do you want them gone? Or just from Derby?
I'm guessing they don't opt out, nor participate?

Not gone, just to opt out the ones that are away and unavailable to opt out themselves due to whatever reason.

Than you for letting me know. I was just wondering if it was like Clash of Clans where you can chose who to bring to war

What you can do is kick them out, but send them an invitation to rejoin the NH at the same time. This has worked for our NH in the past.

This is is what I used to do. Now, if I have people in my hood, I ask them Monday if they are going to play next derby. If I get no reply, I oust them. They can request to join, if they wish, after derby commences!
