For me 0-200 and 1200-1400 has worked quite well.
I would happily accept that you rush your town hall to level 10 and quit Clash of Clans.

TH8 is cool at most ranges. Probably best around 1,400 but make sure you have little DE. Im easily making over 400k (combined) at just over 1,600, but im at the end of TH8 and have max farming troops which helps.

1350-1450 works really well, but going up to 1600 isn't bad either.
