Every since the new potato items are out, cheese usage is very high.

Casserole and baked potato need cheese, while the potato bread n potato feta both add more strain to the dairy.

Now my production is haywire and i struggle to find a good balance of products to make daily.

Should we start sending cheese boats away too?

lol thats entirely up to you, just that i myself find trouble keeping up with the cheese. today i tried increasing cheese production and cutting down on cream, that did not help also. previously i made 9 cheese a day, and only used about 5 a day so i had 4 spare.

now i make baked potato and casserole so no more spare.
