Currently TH 8 with everything upgraded including all troop upgrade and spells (excluding dark troop upgrades because I do not use them) except one dark barracks which will finish in a couple hours... My question is should I grind it out at TH8 and upgrade my walls or should I just make the jump to TH 9?
jump to th9, yours is fairly maxed
Finish walls, you might as well do it now, because TH 9 makes it a lot harder to farm

About how long would you say it should take to farm enough to upgrade all walls?
if you can get the gold for your walls in 7 days then i say upgrade your town hall and in the time you are waiting for the town hall to finish, do your walls cuz it takes 8 days for the town hall to be upgraded
Upgrade TH, loot is not that bad at TH9 and you're losing a ton of building time with 4 sleeping builders.
Just from a quick glance there's probably about 120ish walls left to do, so 60m... about 10 days if you farm a lot. If you start the TH now the walls could be nearly done by the time it finishes. Even if 60m isn't doable in the 10 days of the upgrade, I'd still reccomend upgrading to keep builders occupied.
I would go town hall 9 but I recommend finishing walls.

Seems like you used a few gems so im wondering about your raiding ability. If you aren't good at raiding, th9 is challenging. But, if you keep gemming, thats irrelevant.
If you find th8 hard, don't upgrade. If you find it easy, you might as well.
