Unless I know the exact numbers, I don't think this is going to help much.

What's the daily loot bonus amount? If it's like those silver and gold league bonus levels, I'd say it's useless, and SC knows this.

What's the % of stolen loot that will be put into the treasury? I think it should be equal or near equal amount, especially for DE.

These ideas dont make sense.... they appear to be patchwork fixes for a bad update.... why on earth would we get a bonus for loot that was stolen from us ?

... admit the last update was terrible and role it back and find a better way....

These changes do not SOLVE all of the problems they created with TH sniping. Maybe SC cannot read and comprehend English or they think the can force us to play the game the way it as intended to be played when created not the way we have played since the game's inception... smh

I haven't seen a dead base since before the update and attacked for an hour last night to get the last 5k DE needed for AQ upgrade to level 20...

I haven't quit but once they implement changes and END the one gem boost we will know if this fixed what they broke or not...

I am a new TH 10 and Dropped from Masters II to Gold I in an attempt to stop the pillaging while I was trying to save up elixir for Army Camp upgrade. I hit next many, many, many, times last night while attacking for an hour - I did not see any dead bases.

Last but not least, we’ll introduce the Loot Cart. After your village has been attacked, a percentage of the stolen resources will be added to a Loot Cart in your Village. Once you collect the resources from the Loot Cart, these will be transferred to your Treasury for safeguarding. ​

I can just see a giant with a wheelbarrow, walking around after you get raided, with goblins picking up the spilled loot that's leftover on the ground.
