    I just read it from FB and this was my thought exactly - just increase the league bonus enough to get people to attack for stars...

    I am confused why they feel the need to make something that requires more programming when increasing the bonus would:


    1. encourage people to play the game "the way that it was intended"
    2. simple, straight forward solution that could be implemented in days

    While these changes are nice to see, I'm not sure it will be enough to get me playing as much as I used to.

    These changes (apart from the loot cart) have only added a finite amount of loot per day. Even those resources that are saved in the CC are very limited in what someone can steel. While that's great for saving your own loot, it doesn't help with the larger problem which is finding loot on others.

    Additionally, these changes still force me to train a war type army which takes far too long to build for my play style. This is by far my biggest gripe. If I want to sit down and play for 2 hours straight (boosted) and farm in an efficient way, I should allowed to. Waiting for 15+ minutes while boosted for an army to build is not my definition of fun. If I want to play, let me play.

    If you want us to attack with war armies all the time (this gets boring as well, variety is fun), than substantially reduce training time and cost of the more expensive units and increase the Loot bonuses a ton. At the moment, approximately 90% of the people who attack me are losing more elixir than they gain, that alone shows me something is wrong.

    Thanks For the update Supercell :)

    The extra loot savings and bonuses will be a great addition to progression of our bases.

    Should also promote more activity for the loot bonus incentives =)

    To all the people saying that the devil is in the details... I'd actually suggest that the devil is in the concepts.

    1) We already have a "treasury" where our war loot is "safeguard[ed] and only a very small percentage [5%] can be stolen." This isn't exactly a gift. Since a high-level war player can fill up a CC in 1-2 wars, we are going to need a serious increase in capacity, if this is going to be meaningful at all.

    2) I suspect the Star Bonus amount will be tied to your league. It's the only thing that makes sense. Frankly I don't see this being anywhere close to large enough to make a significant impact. (On second thought... given that it makes sense, maybe it won't be tied to your league...)

    3) Returning a percentage of stolen loot is fine, but why not just have it go into your main storages (unless, again, there is going to be a significant boost to CC capacity)? And what percentage of loot can be stolen from an uncollected loot cart?

    All in all, this seems like a very convoluted "solution" to problems that are of SC's own making. Honestly, I had to read it a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a joke. I'm still not quite sure.

    You kind of ruined it with the previous update that made things much more complicated and much less fun,
    and now you're adding on more complications.
    You took our one element of the game and replaced it with like 20. thats crazy.
    in this rate you will have to give online learning classes just to teach how this game works.

    So introduce an update that complicates a bunch of stuff then introduce another update that tries to address flaws in original update with more irrelevant stuff that complicates things further..

    I guess we'll see how it pans out :/

    -IF you do something like I suggested about the shield. You could possibly work a way where once a base loses the shield they're vulnerable to attack whether the village chief is online or not. So you can do away with that crappy personal break time and the "community/social" aspect can finally come back and people can play as long as the need/want to. Congrats you're now going to get and keep more $players$ around. Once again, simple and your welcome.
    I'm sure you could have written this without the snarky attitude. Supercell is moving to fix the issue.
