Hey people, am new here and there's tons of threads to go through. Am not sure if this has already been raised but I'd like to know comments on: whether or not going for maxing out all four barracks and all two dark barracks? Thank you in advance.

I prefer to have them all equal. So instead of having 1 healer every 15 minutes, I can have 4.
Maxxing, on the other hand, I'm not really interested in. I have all my regular barracks up to dragon, and not planning on getting pekka anytime soon. I just got attacked (th 7) by three pekka and hundred level 5 archers and they couldn't even get 1 star.

Golems seem useful. I haven't had any yet nor had any used against me, but the big advantage is that they have the "target defense" mod.
You got attacked by th7 with a PEKKA... That's for th8. Looks like maxing out barracks ain't worth it. Thanks.
Save those for walling on either TH8 or 9 when you run out of other elixirstuff to upgrade.
Then you can trow all the gold in the walls and park the builder on a barrack.
Not worth it unless your 2500 or up. Pekkas and golems can be chancy but it is fun to try the gowipe occasionally

Currently maxing all my normal barracks and I have 1 lvl4 dark barrack, for the upcoming cuprace of my clan.... I have put my wizards to 5 and pekka to 2, all for attacking... Rage spell lvl4 is on my list.

Im working on maxing out all of mine. I have 1 level 3 dark barrack (going to 4), a level 2 dark barrack, 2 level 9 and 2 level 10 barracks. It really helps to get this out of the way fast.
Upgrade on dark barracks to max,other to which level you want, I recmond keeping the other one at level 1
Upgrade 3 barracks to level 9, then one to level 10
