Open Clash of Clans, go to setting, then help and support. On the top right corner there is a message icon, click on it. Now you can message in game support team directly. Remember it usually takes around 2 days for them to answer you, and you can recover your village only if you provide correct information to the support team, they will ask you a few questions.
