How Adobe explains it:Photoshop Fix puts professional Photoshop editing tools in a friendly mobile interface so you can quickly repair or refine any image, anywhere you are.
That explains it! Yea, unless you have done anything related to graphic design or are good with computers you probably have no clue what that just said.
Photoshop Fix is where you will be editing your photos, simple enough
It allows you to edit color, heal, liquefy, etc.
Downloading the app prompts you with a guide explaining the tools in detail so I won't go into that very far.

How Adobe explains it:
Photoshop Mix lets you cut out and combine elements from different images, blend layers and apply looks.
Again, if you are not a graphic designer or you have no experience designing this might sound like they want you to take a bunch of images, throw them in a blender, pour it out, then add cherries and sprinkles.
Basically Photoshop mix is for your layers. You will start to understand stuff like transparency, the many many tools to cut stuff out, and placing your body in a image where it is being eaten by a shark.

Picsart is an app that is pretty much a copy of Adobe's work and try's to combine the stuff you can do in mix and fix, but fails horribly. But, you can add text on there. And that's important.
The last one i'll talk about is Lightroom, You don't need to download this one but it can helpful for editing the hue and adjustments, levels, and curves. (In other words the appearance)
So that would be the best to design stuff on mobile devices and also not spending any money at the same time.
Why wouldn't you just buy Photoshop or download Gimp on your computer? Maybe your crazy and can't stop designing? Or your most likely too lazy. Whatever the case, thanks for reading!
