...it is strictly first come first serve, however, those who failed to confirm their participation have to let folks from the reserve list get in first.
ALTs are allowed, but not if they take spots from other sign ups. ALTs are welcome however, to fill up to a full multiple of 5 so that no one gets left behind in war.
I am just now preparing final clan rosters and ask each and every one of you to check their name and move to the respective clan accordingly.
