!st time clan for me

I've been playing coc for a fair amount of time. I was in a clan with friend passing by. But I was kicked out by someone he promoted. So, I set off to start my own clan. What things should I have done before starting a clan. I just hit town hall 6 by the way.

- get high level troops (at LEAST th8 w maxed troops, but th9 is better)

- climb to champs to recruit
