Th9.9?

Hey I am a town hall 9 and in the near future I will be upgrading to town hall 10.
I don't war a huge amount and don't want to do th9.5.
Therefor I will be building the 2 IT but I don't think I will buy the new xbow, I am more of a farmer and I want the ITs for defence.

I don't think xbows are that great, I think they are over-rated. When I start off I don't want to have to pay a heavy price for an xbow which isn't excatly brilliant.

What do you guys think?
