Playing clash less

This isn't a complaint thread nor a support thread, just an observation of myself. Pre update I would clash whenever my barch army was cooked or whenever I had time for a boost session. At the end of the season, I normally would have near or past 1000 attacks won. Post update, I wait for my heros to regenerate rather than my barch army to cook up. And I never boost now due to barch losing its effectiveness. This past season I had under 200 attacks.

Did SC intend to do that to its players? And are you guys experiencing the same effect?

Yeah I would attack anytime I had a 5-10 minute break. Now you have to plan for your shield and everything. It for sure makes you play less. And when you do decide to play for a long stretch (even if you log off every 20 minutes) you're gonna get hit with a PBT eventually.

Did 1 attack this season, just because I don't like the grey shield.
Breaking the shield got me steamrolled everytime, so I enjoy the shield, empty the collectors just before it's gone so there's not to much loot and leave. Waiting for better days to come.

I'm 2/5 in attacks and probably 15/22 last season.

I've been on clash less since the update came out in December. There's not the loot anymore like there once was and because of this , its much harder to progress through the game. You have to attack pretty much all the time in order to gain loot and thats not really practical for me as a player. Clash has turned into a much more hardcore game now and it doesn't seem as if there's room for casual players like there once was.

Yup, I attack once or twice a day now (sometimes not at all, if I don't feel like nexting for 1h), the lower activity is obvious, we can't even get minimum 10 people signed up for wars while we were warring 24/7 before the last patch. Great addiction cure I guess

Yep didn't even mention my clan aspect. Chat is down as well as requests and fill up time. Use to take seconds now it can take minutes. Not people leaving just people not playing as much. Hope for a fix soon.

I am playing as much just using a different attack...adapted I guess.

For me it was barch troops with royals

Now it's giants/valks/wizards/wb/archers/barb fillers...boost royals...attack about every 30mins depending on donations.

Same amount of loot as before just less attacks to get it.

This must be another troll thread...surely you have realised by now that SC wants you to get so annoyed waiting for your army/spells/heroes to train that you just gem them .
