I'm no trained modder ( ) but as far as I know you just need a replay to use your bunny powers, and not dropping a single troop still produces a replay

Making a video, post it on YouTube, send the video link to in game support. But they can't do much.

You can use the game support, but I don't really think they can do something to avoid it
Bunnies evolve according to the situation, before the attack confirmation they could do "phantom attacks" and actually not considered as an attack, so one bunny would be enough for all the clan

Secondly, it cant be disconnection, because that way the timer would run all 3.30 minutes

I don't know if its really considered a valid attack when there are no troops dropped.

Anyway, looks like a fluffy bunny I know only the 1-troop-drop version, we were matched against one like this a few weeks ago

Almost the same thing just happened to me in our recent war, #20 attacked me (I'm #3). But he scored some 2%. I haven't seen the attack yet.

OP. I have never, not once, seen anyone post about SC banning one of these clans.
