Struggling to get my village restored please help!

Long story short, my tablet broke and I've been trying to load my old village on it. I contacted supercell through the game and they only want an arm and a leg to restore it. I've given them all the info I can but I can't get any previous purchases/receipts to come up on my gmail/Google account. They also wanna know the exact month and year I created the account, is there anyway to find this out?
It's very frustrating and I know it's a long shot for anyway around this info.
    Any tips would be great.

If you village was connected to a Google Play Games account (previously known as Google+), simply add that account to your new or refurbished Android device either in-game or in the device's settings, then connect to that account in-game.

If you can't recall the password contact Google support.

If it was never connected, you need to give SC the information they request so they can verify ownership. Respond NO to any automated system message that asks if you are satisfied, until the village is recovered or you may need to start again.

Always use Google Play Games (or Game Centre) to backup your village.

PIC from my alt account showing achievements

If your village was associated with the gmail/Google play, then through Google Play Games ,you can access achievements.
Will just check quickly(as I access mine in game)
Will update this in a minute

You can check your achievements and look for bigger coffers as this is probably the 1st one you will get(or the clearance one of which the name has slipped my memory for a second)Nice and tidy
And this will give you the month and year to near exact
To view your achievements follow instructions here
But like above poster stated" this is only if you were connected to Google Play"

Google Play Games (Sometimes just called Play Games) and it's associated gameplay records can be accessed from most Android devices as an independent app.

The more pertinent point is, if you are connected to Google Play Games your village is backed-up.and you can readily restore/recall it yourself without relying on SC.

    Have tried all the above

They want any receipts of any purchases I made, but nothing shows on my gmail account. No emails just says no order history. I created a new account to try sync it in the first place so now I have a new account and that's all that is showing on the Google apps.
