Balloonian replays/strategy please

I am having success as a lvl 130 TH11 in Champion's league. My primary army is 2 golem, 2 pekka, 8 giants, 2 witches, 11 wizards, 6 wbs, 1 hog to lure CC, 1 minion and 3 archers for clutch raids. I go with 4 EQ, 2 rage and 1 freeze. Haven't lost an attack in weeks, but I spend 2-3 minutes nexting until I find a base(preferably TH10) with at least 250K elixir and where I can get two elixir storages+TH.

I read about a lot of players having success against TH10/TH11 with 2 lava hounds, 24 balloons and 30 minions. But I haven't had much success with that combo and couldn't find any YouTube videos of such raids. If anyone is using that strategy, can you please describe how you approach the attack and may be post a replay?

All my troops except heroes are maxed and warden is Level 10 at the moment.
