i dont have unlocked the earthquake spell yet but i will soon, so i got the question, how much do i have to research the spell that he is usefull?

4x lvl 1 quake, is this enough for lvl 8/9 walls? or what level do i need?

For the fact there is increase in percentage when it comes to each Earthquake. So for example Zap-Quake might still leave a silver of an HP for AD.

NOOOOOO, he gave bad advice.

The first earthquake spell that hits a building does 25% total damage of the original hp no matter what. If you use another earthquake spell on the same building, it will do the current % damage of the remaining health.

read the description for the eq spell. It's damage is based on the total health of the building, not the remaining health.
