My clan castle says that it is full, but it only contains 12 archers and 4 minions. I have a capacity to hold 30 troops.

Is this a known bug or not?

Sounds like a graphical glitch. Have you tried restarting your game / giving it a few minutes?

I have had this happen, they randomly disappear and reappear later, wrote in game support and got a message about receiving more than what I could hold and it goes into a "storage" area or something

There has always been a problem with some cc troops arriving later. I guess it is caused by server lag, if you are playing on a different server than the sender. The rest will normaly arrive a few minutes later.

I emptied and re requested. I got 3 max wizards in there now and it says that it is full again.

I've had this happen to me before. Mostly on my mini account when I was running around at th5 going to all the request and ♥♥♥♥ clans. It was really annoying, but I was a bit too lazy to post on the forums about it.
