    An Honest Play Store Rating

I thought that I would share my latest rating to show that I am in fact encouraged by the gem boost extension. It should last 1 week at a time, but I'm not complaining. Some will find it is a money grab. To each his own.

I have switched my critical review in the play store from a 1 to a 3 star. Some things are good with the update, but loot accumulation and retention need work, as well as quicker training times to bring back the social aspect of the game. Anyway... here goes:

"The update still has a lot of flaws. However, with the recent extension of the 1 gem boost for resources, I've decided to change my rating to a 3 star (from a previous 1 star). Supercell is not as obstinate as I first thought. Therefore, it genuinely seems like they want to correct this. I cannot just give them 5 stars again... but they no longer deserve a 1 star rating. Still an addicting game, but be prepared to struggle to maintain resources especially as you progress higher in the townhall levels. Once they address loot and make training costs/time reasonable for everyone, I will be happy to adjust this to a 5 star again."

It still needs work. But this is to show my appreciation for this temporary fix AND being proactive to keep the game from totally collapsing. My wife and I have played for over 2 years now and I would hate to quit over 1 failed update

    Thank you

I think you are being far to generous. The fix hasn't even happened. Not to mention boosting requires the spending of premium currency.

It could mean SC has no clue what they're doing as equally as it could mean a great update is imminent.

"Proactive". I am not sure we can call it that seeing the many complaints that happened before any answer from SC.

It may be a band-aid. But the band-aid has held at least until this morning. If they didn't extend the event, it would have been a disaster and THEN they would have HAD to do something... which is why I called this "proactive."

I'm not a supporter. But this is a good move to save face.

My 1* still stands. Nothing that's broken has been fixed yet
