    A special map

This forum is a "special map" that's been drawn out for you SC. A little less clash advertisements and more focus on fixing this mess. Always listen to your Clash Customers "Little Guy"

Nah, they'd rather just have the mods silence us all so they don't have to deal with it.

What is better? Silencing a few people or having the forums overwhelmed with useless posts? There are some great posts on here where people are discussing details of the game. Use those outlets and your voice might be heard.

They are merging many of these great posts.

Doesn't make sense why they're releasing these videos instead of actual fixes to the many problems players have with the game

There are departments within a company and each are responsible for different aspects of daily activity. The videos made are not made by the same people that work on updates or fixes to the game. Supercells advertising department most likely hired an outside company to create those videos.

It shows a budget prioritization for advertising over development.

    Proof or it didn't happen.

Yes you make sense. I understand this. Just that they're quick to add content that has no meaning or use to the players like these videos. Their play seems to make it look like there's not a problem going on with clash.

    Commercials aim to...

...attract new customers, not keep the old ones. New customers can't complain how it once was because they don't know any better. Will be curious about new customer retention, though, since the game is actually not the same one that drove the past few years of customer growth.
