AFAIK - that thread was not against any of the 19 rules posted in the sticky. I just read through all of them verbatim, so I'm not exactly sure why the post was removed.
Not only did you not respond or even move the thread to "off-topic" (which I don't feel it is), you just completely removed it (I don't see it in my profile).
It's an honest question in the forums you moderate. We were asked for feedback (in stickies, with no info as to why they are now gone), there are numerous new threads being opened where numerous posters are saying "dude, like there are 100000000 other threads and opened like this, post in the feedback thread", etc.
Any insight on why the stickies were removed or you removed my post? Should I be posting a question about why you removed stickies asking for feedback in the CoC forum to a different forum?
I hate to say this...but feel I must - Is there only one way to post now?
