You could use hogs, you could use gowipe, you could use drags and loons. Its not so much the army, but the deployment.

Zapquake dragloon (max loons in your cc) should do it.

Personally I would roll in 35 hogs and surgical hog the base....lure the drag...double poison. Then 3 heal surgical hog.

It looks to me like the air sweeper is pointed the wrong way, and loons would have a clear path to the core from ~10 oclock. I would do a dragloon from ~10 oclock. IMO, there's no need to zapquake with all the ADs so close together.

I love that type of base with my mini. Come watch some war replays. The combo is 3 gols 15 wiz 10 loons pekka in the cc with 1 rage 1 heal 3 quake with quake in the cc. The clan is five force I'm kozmo91.

I am a maxed out th 8 so every troop is maxed.just wanted some advice on how to defeat or 3 star this base
Any advice will be really helpfull.

Dragoon with triple zap and quake for the north ADs. Dragon funnel from the south west side and cc loons behind. Profit.
