Is selling a Clan bannable?

So, I know it's illegal to sell your Clash Of Clans account, but is selling a clan bannable?
for example, someone wants to start a new clan, but is too lazy to make it level 5, and he wants to buy a clan that's already level 5. Is that bannable?

nothing in clash of clans is yours, it all belongs to SC. You cant/arent allowed to sell anything you dont own so yes it is bannable.

I don't think so, I have read all the terms of service and it says that you can't sell your account but it never says that your unable to sell your clan.

This. If your not allowed to sell your account I would imagine the same thing goes for clans.
