Thread: Decrease training time and heroes' recovery.

    I can definitely say with the gem boost for army comps, raiding was a lot better since I can attack full on more than 5 times in a session.

    I don't think any troop should take more than 30 minutes to cook. Spells should all be 15mins at most. Hero recovery at my max should be around 1hr-1hr 15min.

    Healer - 10 min
    Wiz - 5 min
    Loons - 5 min
    Drags - 25 min
    Pekka - 30 min
    Valks - 6 min
    Witches - 14 min
    Golems - 30 min
    Lava - 30 min

    While we had and have this gem boost for resources and barracks, I was having a lot easier time raiding and finding good bases that I can attack.

    Now that only resources can be boosted for cheap, raiding has gone back down to bad.
    They want you to spend gems boosting barracks. I won't do it, I'll just play less. Everybody has a choice. If enough people spend less they will modify again.

    They sound reasonable imo but i highly doubt they're getting tweaked to that

    That would be awesome. I'd say heroes 1 hr max regen time.
    Cook times are currently farcically long !

    What I have never understood is why some troops take longer to create than others? The time should be based on housing space. Ex: a wizard should take as log as 4 archers/barbs and a golem should take as long as 30 arch/barbs. Each troop has a niche role and will be used as such. Barching wasn't playing the game as it was intended so why should you entice it?

    Thats true. Wait times were THAT long in the past. Now its a lot better, but still, with a huge amount of attacks being a storage raid nowadays, wait times for 40/40 heroes can afford to be cut down to 1 hour of wait time each and spells can be cut down to 1 hour of wait time for 3 elixir spells (Rage/Jump/Freeze)

    Allowing faster recoup times will not only make it more beneficial for active players, but also will make it profitable for SC because there are LOADS of players that would gladly do 3 hour boost sessions and that means a lot more money to SC for gems.

    I'm pro-update, but this idea will make it fair for everyone.

    Agreed, train/regen times need to be slashed across the board.

    SC had absolutely no idea how badly they were going to impair the social aspect when they killed dead base farming and snipes. Completely over their heads.

    I'm not oppose to keeping troop times but spells and heroes are one of the biggest make or breaks for raids. I don't mind just doing gibarch but at TH9 you can't kill a base without spells or without heroes.

    I feel like hero recovery will definitely get tweaked this year. Its just way too long. So you mean if I get my hero killed I can't use it for 2 hours if its a max hero?

    A person with a max AQ can only use it once during each session. Thats complete bull.

    I would love to have hero regen time decrease. However, people are really gready.

    Not too long ago, spells took 45m. It was 33% decrease.
    A long time ago, spells took 1 days, which was ridiculous btw.
    A while ago, heroes regen tim were more than 3 hours. I think 3:45m. They cut it in half, man. In half!!!
    Even if they cut it down more, you guys will still feel its not enough, until you can get them for every raids.

    More appealing solution would be make the regen time of lv 1 high, and it decrease each lv. This way people dont get penatilize for upgarde their heroes
