Kind of.....
My war base obviously uses storages to slow down troops, whilst my multiplayer base is designed such that the TH is reasonably easy to get to but requires about 38% damage to do so.
This tends to ensure that the attacker is pretty much guaranteed one star and I'm guaranteed a shield. Of course I do get rolled by higher TH's who take all my loot available, but overall it seems to work fairly well.
but the thing is sc want us to get 70% destroyed enemy base to get full bonus loot that means we need heavier troop dan BAM or other for now since everyone remove their townhall inside is't it ? i see it not only as a defender but also as an attacker i really almost lost the meaning and fun in clan war since i can go to war my self on my regular base
