Negative 41,000 gems? How can you get negative gems?!
To the guests and staff of the supercell forum, I just found out a weird glitch in game that may sound insane but it's true, and many of my clan mates have witnessed that themselves: NEGATIVE GEMS.

This is probably just another bug but it does sound bizzare, and frustrating, as I already have 1200 gems in my account saved up... Will they be gone forever?

Nah it's not a bug or glitch. It's what you get for getting a refund from Apple or google. All the gems you bought go into negative. It's in supercells ToS I'm pretty sure.

pls post one more screenshot in which you gain few gems by opening the gembox or removing obstacles..then post a screenshot of new value of gems..I want to see what change occurs in new value
OP, we are only guessing. If you didn’t ask for a refund then it’s a bug.

The gems will stay negative. It'll just add 25 or how ever many gems to the -41,000.
Op you can contact support if you want but I'm willing to bet that you got a refund.

I removed a tree and got 3 gems back, it was subtracted from the -42000 is read of bring the gems back. Having some difficulties uploading IOS screenshots but yea right now I'm sitting at -41,859 gems. It's like I'm owing supercell a "debt"
