I do not know about you. But I am finding the game less addictive now. I do check in on war status, loot, and shield. But I am on less and less since the update. I mean a company is supposed to make the game more addictive not less to draw in the crowds.

I think that was the intent, lowering PBT, VG, raiding through shields so you aren't on your phone ensuring it doesn't go to sleep opening you up to raids.

Yes. Even 1-gem boosts no longer made me want to play more

.. less addictive. Game rewards you for not logging on by removing you from matching. Also war is less of a challenge.

Maybe not playing is actually 'playing as it was intended'.

I still find clash to be fun to play but I don't find it addicting anymore

Yep. Check in, empty collectors, up a wall if possible, log off. It's become Boom Beach with Barbarians. Sad, really.
