    Very easy fix.

    The simplest way to fix what is broken would be to add a building that hides resources from attacks that can be upgraded. Lowering the max amount of loot that can be stolen. Then, DOUBLE, yes DOUBLE the league bonus for attacks.(BTW doubling would have been a significant increase, not that 5% bull ♥♥♥♥ you did last time). Also lower cost and time of making troops. Not a huge drop, but around 10-15% would make a huge difference


    This will do four things.

    1) It will allow players to hide and therefor save loot to upgrade things
    2) It will still keep PvP as the primary way players get loot, but decrease the amount of loot stolen from the players.
    3) It will decrease the amount of loot and time needed to make an army, allowing players to attack more often, and looking for lower value targets.
    4) It will auto balance the leagues. Players will have a real incentive to climb as high as there base and army would allow. The higher a player is in league ranking the more loot they can find. the only limiting factor would be your ability to attack other players and defend your base.

    Supercell wont do this, because then people will be getting easy money and wont have to purchase as many gems.

    Or the attacker takes 100% of available loot, but you lose maybe 30%.

    Losses become a little more palatable. Not entirely, cos right now we're living on a 1 gem boost fest.

    If theres a penalty for losing an attack more than just not getting a loot bonus I imagine people will just stick with wars.

    These buildings are called storages. The higher you upgrade them, the less loot is exposed per attack. Hiding more loot won't help with the loot drought.

    Dead bases will totally fix the issue. Why those aren't offered up first is beyond me. There are millions of them.

    Also, why are we searching bases randomly? Why can't I say "I'm looking for loot" and it matches me with a base that gives low/no trophies but has tons of loot? Or I'd say "I want trophies" and it matches me with a base in my league which offers the most.

    But I'm rambling. -.-

    It will help. It will move the primary way players get loot to the league bonus. In crystal one it would be 140K for a max bonus. This will help players gain more loot regardless of how much loot is available to steal from the defending player.

    Easier Fix

    Reward Clan Points like war points.

    Just think about it. Win-win. We play like we used to (prior to war update) and we get rewarded by clan participation.

    How would that help the major drought in profitable targets?
