♥♥♥♥♥ing clans

Hey, is there a way to report a "suspected" clan that is not playing fair or using 3rd party tools to win? Most often "Asian" clans (given the character language names) and a lot of "defenceless" bases at the bottom..

Their MO (Method of Operation) is to get a first attack from bases 37, 38, 40 etc.. on our number 1, 2, and 3.. etc.. We KNOW this is NOT looting as they barely get 30% and that is only against the outer buildings.

Then magically later, higher bases hit with PERFECT HOG ATTACKS (Or perfect any attack).. that seem to dance around, or where possible, heal all the Double bomb locations.

Here is the CURRENT clan we are fighting.. they have TWO, defenceless TH9s with Level 15 heroes and MAX hounds...

We have come across this tactic in the past, but never to the extent this clan is executing... to be honest, we're just tired of it.

You can report them in game, SC will give you a cookie cutter reply, and they'll be "investigated" but probably not found guilty.
P.S. Defenseless accounts aren't che@ting, they're just a tactical play style within the game rules (nothing says you have to build walls or defenses.) BUT if they're just there to drop a troop and quit, then yeah, something unlawful is probably happening. From the sounds of it, a defenseless th9 with 15 heroes is a ringer, not a throwaway "scout" attacker.
