Ehh... not it's not. That sentence can by said in different ways, depending on how elaborate/specific you want to be. You also need to distinguish between written and spoken Latin. Since it's a quote, I'd obviously go with the spoken version. I thought you'd know that, seeing as how you seem proficient in Latin.
