As i stated in several posts what is really frustrating for me is the clash dev team didnt predict what the update outcome would be!!!!
They stated that they thought people will trophy push for higher loot bonus!!!!
Thats backfired and people drop in massive amount.
So you tell me how can i accept an update when they even dont know the results of what they did?

I honestly tell you if one clash dev member came here and tell me that they knew people will drop when they lanuch this update, I would be happy now because I found a brain in the dev team.
I see no brain in the dev team honestly.
examples:
- they think the update will solve pushing because of minimum 6 cup offer => the result is more whining from people in clouds for 3+ hours straight. they beg sc to back one cup offer
- they think people will push for better loot bonus => they result is mass dropping
- they think loot will be better => the result is all whining about loot


I repeat i dont have any problem with the update itself. I have problem with the creators of this update because they dont know what they did.

I got double problem. With update & with less than expected knowledge & analysis of clashers' habits in game. Those three points you put many on forums did expect them to happen but not one person in devs saw that lol. That means they don't play it and/or they don't know their players and in both cases we are in a big problem as to what is going to happen in next update if they continue in the same pattern!!

The VG and shield system are great, because I can log off between raids.
Yeah, so I can't get a cheap shield anymore - so what?? Loot is so rich, I can get all of what I lost back in one raid and that is without nexting for 15minutes, and stay shielded at that.

Saving up for big upgrades isn't possible?? I loose full de on 4 out of 5 defences, yet my king reached lvl27 today and I'm only a little short for sending him to lvl28.

There are a few minor tweaks I would be glad of, such as raising the league win bonus for de, because a proper (and expensive) attack will quite often result below 100% destruction, thereby giving less de as before, despite the raise that came with the update. A small reduction on troop training time, and a small raise to collector output would help too.
