It's funny how much and how quickly things have changed. Just before the update dropped we finished the forum event and it was great fun. Daddy was in the process of trying to set up another event and loads of people were chomping at the bit to get involved. The game was still alive and kicking, going from strength to strength. Then came U day!
What is ironic is how desperate people were for a 'Game-changer' - well..they got it. Be careful what you wish for. Saleh may be right. Perhaps a rest would do us all good.

I 100% agree with this, I missed out on the last forum event because I was away in Dublin during a lot of it, and I was really really looking forward to the next one, was probably clashing more than ever. Now it's just like .... meh.... I'm still playing just nowhere near the amount as before.

The game changer for me would have been the introduction of TH11 and the warden, not that it would really effect me as a lowly TH9, but that would have been plenty for the update. And maybe something to try and sort the clouds for the top players.

But I agree it is just a sad state of affairs that the forums are no longer an enjoyable place to be. I would say maybe a break is a good thing however I feel as though I'm kind of having a break anyway, seen as though I log on a lot more rarely these days.
