    If it is well known, or nothing new, why is it that he was being attacked and then suddenly was not anymore? How is new defined? Up until 24 days ago he was showing up and now isn't.

    One of my mini accounts is a th9. I only build troops to donate on it and raise the royals by pumps.
    I have not attacked in 27 days and I get attacked daily.

    If you log in you get attacked.

    its been proven already that inactive aka deadbases do not get attacked anymore. AKA "infinite shield" of inactiveness
