I have everything but level 6 wiz towers for academy....should i apply anyways? I looked through unity institute and there are th7s and what not in there, not interested in receiving lvl 4 troops.

If you have maxed your th7 defenses, have wiz 5 and all purple walls, feel free to apply in game.

You quaify for institute, if you want to wait you can go strait to academy when you meet reqs, But moving from institute to academy secures you a spot. Most in institute are finished th7 or th8. You can request from higher level troops and receive them, but negative energy to the troops of some is not kind as that is the best they can give you.

Keep farming and u will get those lvl6 wiz towers.

Upgrading counts, because not many people cancel upgrades all of a sudden. If you meet all other requirements, then feel free to request to join in game .
