You can join institute for now. Lvl 4 wizerds in an instent isn't that bad.But you can do ether way.

Unity is actually raising the requirements...

As of November 1st, Unity members will need:

King and/or Queen Level 8 (combined)
Wizard Towers Level 6
Mortars Level 6
100 Skull walls

Also, members must donate 1000 and receive 1500 each season with a 1:2 ratio (this is because of donation bots, who also might not meet the above standards)

You will be a good fit for Unity Academy, you can move up to Unity when you have 100 skulls . Academy may seem slightly low compared to your level, but 80% of players have lvl 5 wizzies.

I'm a fairly active player that likes to donate and upgrade my troops, spells, structures and walls as much as I can before upgrading my town hall. Let me know if you think I can join one of your clans.

I currently have wizards at level 5.
