Bad luck for me. Just decided to join "Unity Academy" because of the higher requirements for "Unity", that I won't meet anytime soon. I guess I will look out for a free spot later. It's not too bad for me as I only keep my storages full until I hit town hall 8 in 2 days.

Hey, I meet all the requirements for Institute except the Wiz Towers which are still Level 3 until I get some free builders. Was wondering if I could get in anyway?
