No I haven't, but I'm sure I'll get the generic "we are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it" response. 4 tickets before for other issues resulted in the same response. Thanks for offering your help though. It really is appreciated.

It's their indirect way to stop mods I believe.
If your PBT is not resetting it needs to be reported as it's a bug
at this point. I'm sorry you're having frustration with it. Outside of the first bad weekend, I haven't had an issue once I got the patch.

It's only happened 2 or 3 times, but it is aggravating. I do appreciate the help. I will submit a ticket again.
