I am a near max th8 in gold leagues. I use 2 healers, 6 wb, 16 giants, 80 archers, 3 heal spells if needed, 1 poison spell and BK. For cc troops either wiz, witch or pekka and another poison spell. Troop cost is roughly 110k elix if you don't use spells. It's effective, cause you can attack every 26 mins if you don't have to always rely on your BK.
Where are these th8s you speak of? I'm having to hit 9s and 10s in crystal for anything over 1k!Originally Posted by sotark

That sounds like admitting defeat. Am still trying to decide if I'm going to th9 or not.
Seems like there's been a steady decline of th8s dropping out of crystal entirely though so I might have to if I keep playing.
No way to hang onto all 3 up here, but with all of the 29% trolls and weak th10s down there, I'm doubtful it's going to be any better
