The truth is they probably don't have much to say yet. Loot gets dry after a major update and now is about the time they are able to collect the data they need to be able to find a solution. It would be nice if they kept the community updated but the community will also hold them to a optimistic timeline they would give us and if it isn't met then you get shamed for that as well. I'd probably go the same route since some clashers here really need to take a step back and consider what they have to do.
Personally I think they just need to cut down on troop cost and time to cook tanking troops. I think that would settle a lot of loot/army build issues. Also they should get the pushers out of the clouds! Ive never pushed but I would be angry if I had to wait more then a few minutes just to match.
