It reminds me of the lack of communication after ClashCon when all people wanted to know was "when's the update". We got nothing but radio silence then, and they're doing it again now.
It's been a surprisingly bad series of PR moves dating all the way back to October for a company with such a massive following and balance sheet.
They're busy with the new game clash royale

If you hate the update you aren't going to like anything they have to say anyway, and if you like it but think it needs tweaks, what else can they say but what they've already said?

They can inform us of what they are gonna do to fix this update, can't they???? Been waiting for almost 1 month with no communication.

I actually enjoy it for the most part but have seen so many who are upset. I just agree with the masses that some communication could go a long way.
I'll clarify. It's not like they can say we are looking into (insert possible changes here) because if some or none don't get implemented, then there will just be another outcry.
They're looking into it and I'm sure when they know, we'll know (but hopefully they don't take too long)
