I think people incorrectly conflate youtubers and SC employees. They are disconnected. Its a simbiotic relationship though based on the health of the game. the game does well, attracts new players, holds onto old ones (an important piece) and the youtubers might get more subs which gets more potential for income for the youtubers. But the youtubers I don't think have anything to gain from burying discontent of the clash community, it is the clash community that the youtubers really need. why would the clash community subscribe to a youtube channel for a game they no longer like? They don't get anything from the game tanking.

If they're not happy with a youtuber for any reason, they can shut down that channel instantly by report to Youtube. Youtubers want the game to live, but they are more afraid of upset SC. The game will live, and go on for a while even if SC doesn't fix anything. So youtubers are more worried about SC shutting them down than losing a a few subscribers.

Your own logic is just mere speculation. The only thing we know about their relationship is what we see.

I think this video is simply Galadon trying to turn the tide of hate from fans and in comments. He might think acknowledgement and apology might change this. But again, all speculation.

I think seeing the unusual amount of dislikes on "The End" video gave him a little wake up call lol. I know it's wishful thinking but I hope he continues with these rants

I don't really care if he has my back or not but the fact that he is finally bashing Supercell is a good thing. Based on the fact that they fly this dude back and forth to Europe repeatedly I am guessing they might care what his opinion is at least more than they do about any of our opinions.

I will cross my fingers that between him and Pat hating on the current state of loot they will make some adjustments but I won't hold my breath.
