You don't know how ToS works, you just have the "jist" of it. Like all of us. The speculation you filled in after is the uneducated logic you most likely get from television programs you deem educational but are most likely fictional.
What speculation. If Supercell decides to change their Terms of Service (like they did with this update) as long as they didn't commit fraud, stealing, or any other actions protected by consumer laws in their respective territories then you can't do jack about it.

Zombielore you are arguing moot point. Supercell could send a copyright strike to any you tuber any time they want. They wouldn't need to change the TOS.

Galadons latest series of events wasn't true to the game nor was it true to fans of clash as he so claims. By shamelessly self promoting his social media outlets, he affectively has weaseled his own grave, right next to the mausoleum that supercell has constructed for themselves.
Will I get banned from here? I dont know. I've never known what constitutes that for sure, but anyway, I'm not sure how much longer this game or these forums will even be around, so does it really matter? I'll probably only miss being falsy hyped for some make believe update fix...
That's not my point, unless your supercell you don't know why would they, I'm not saying they will I'm saying they can, there's a big difference between will and can but people seem to get those mixed up.
Someone who uses run on sentences like that can't really claim to know more than anyone.
