Haha!
I have no idea how many bases I will milk to go back down, but I have an army built so that if I find something I want to raid, I will. I will also snipe every single exposed TH I see for pure profit...you have no idea how many exposed TH there are. Between snipes and actual raids, I had over 1100 wins to go along with my 1800 defenses
So glad that you're the mighty Rambo that feels the need to kill everyone you see, I prefer building my base and battling in the wars. As others have said, you play your way, leave me be to play mine.
Git some tough guy!
Can't believe I'm feeding into this but has it occurred to you that they moved because the loot has? Which by your own admission is what drew you down. I've spent plenty of time in champs 1 and 2 and now currently have both of my tens sitting in c1...why? Because that's where I can consistently make 2 to 2.5 million gold per hour under boost using barch with no spells....sometimes people just like efficiency.

We don't fear defenses we fear a war attacks. Quiet frankly pre update 9 of ten attacks were gibarch with an occasional opinion post update 31 out of 31 attacks against my base were gowiped. Most netted between 40-55% but just enough to get my dark and half my resources. If everyone continued business as usual things would been fine but everyone wanted to war raid post update for 70% pre update avg army at 50%got you full bonus and that was enough
The fact that the loot bonus was effectively reduced even when "significant increase" was promised was a slap in the face... and of course ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off a lot of players... which may have contributed to the mass exodus from the higher leagues. It's another form of rebellion.
In short: they chopped up the carrot when they should have provided more carrots to get players to push.
Supercell needs to realize, and soon, that they can't dictate how clash is to be played if they still want a user base. Clash never was a linear game... trying to convert it now will fail miserably without a LOT of incentives
How many hours do you spend online using this technique?
The problem is that not everyone has time to sit down and grind out a 4 hour session raiding storages and hitting end at 29%.
I have friends who play the way you describe and I compare it to a drug addiction watching these people obsess over building a fictional village.
It has.
This is why I propose that Supercell enact penalties if villages drop to low.
When players that do not want to drop have to drop, and when Supercell directly stated that was what the update was meant to put an end to...................the update is broken and needs to be patched.
I and many do not want to drop but the trophy dumpers are creating a vacuum.
