War was never about the profit in loot anyhow, but still.. negative loot shouldn't be happening.

No. I'm complaining that it's too easy as a TH9, correct. But I'm not complaining about getting matched with TH10's in war. I am still getting matched with TH9's which isn't a problem. It's that once I reached TH10 and my TH popped, farming died entirely. I can't find a TH9 to raid for loot, ever! As a TH9 I could find TH8's no problem, now I'm forced to attack infernos 5 minutes after becoming a TH10... ya i get it.. adapt or die... get over yourselves

Because of donations and the raids themselves, war has never been about making loot. but now its a negative if i have to donate 5+ golems and do a mass golem raid. war loot cant possible make up for that.

Even if war loot was doubled I'd still be netting negative... Like you said, 5 golems donated and 5 of your own for a war attack is 7500 dark... you'll be lucky to get half that back with your war attack :/

10s were hit hardest this update as 9 now have access to freeze to hit you with, and as a fresh th10 you are continually pounded by elix starved 11s/other 10s.

Trying to save loot when every upgrade is 6mil+ on average would be a nightmare, especially as a new 10 with basically a th9'defense, yet yielding them higher loot.


This is why I always try to advise people asking about moving up to th10 to,stay a 9 as long as possible or at least until your heroes are maxed. High royals only make your life more easy. Without them, it can be a struggle.

Anyway best of luck to you. I would expect some loot/changes to be inc in the next month or so, or at least we hope. Other 9s considering moving up, I'd suggest you ride out the wave.
