Hey all,
My friend came up with this theory that people who haven't updated/uninstalled the game have their accounts 'frozen' I.e not available in the game as a base you can raid (multiplayer) and hence a reason for the disappearance of the 'dead bases'.
He came up with this when he reinstalled the game and found out that he hadn't been raided at all, 3 days after he uninstalled.

So do accounts get 'frozen' ?
I'd like someone to verify this 😶

They're not removed or "frozen," they're pushed down in the queue to a lower and lower priority as time goes by without any activity.

They're not removed, but get so down in queue that we could say that. Putting on example, the chances you have to find a base that are more than 2 days inactive are near the chances you win on lottery .

Ps: Don't forget to get the hour and minute u find that base and try it on lottery
